Abstract
A very-high-speed, DC-stable electrostatic voltage measurement technique is reviewed. The technique utilizes a combination of DC electrometer circuitry for extremely fast speed of response and AC chopper circuitry for long-term DC stability. This type of response is necessary in the photocopying industry, where high speed, high resolution, and accurate measurements are desired.<>
