Abstract

Supervision management of research funds is critical for the management of colleges and universities. The effects of supervision and implementation will directly influence the research level of these schools as well as the benefits for the national scientific research. By establishing a game model of supervision, this paper centers on the analysis of the relationship between national fund-authorized departments and universities undertaking research projects when the research funds are improperly used due to the information asymmetry. After the analysis and discussion, some policies and suggestions are proposed accordingly to enhance the supervision of the funds supporting universities´ scientific research.
