  • Abstract
    This paper starts with the development condition and character of high-end industry, and analyzes technological enterprise incubator working mechanism on high-end industry development, which based on the operating mechanism of technological enterprise incubator and the dynamic development mechanism of high-end industry. It uses incidence relation mode to do the quantitative analysis between the two terms, and comes to the conclusion that the number of the accumulated graduate incubated by technological enterprise incubator increases by every 1%, the overall industrial output of high-end will go up by 1.39%; if the total income of enterprise in the incubation increases by every 1%, it will make the overall industrial output of high-end rise by 3.12%; and the adjusted judgment factor will be up to 0.998. At the end, it makes some recommendations for the development of incubators and high-end industrial.
