Abstract
This paper proposes an energy conservation method by using home state information. A network with Java, IP, and XML is available to more manufacturers and household electric appliances. A simulator shows that 15.6% of electric power is reducible since the appliances detect rooms´ states. Furthermore, electric power can be effectively distributed under a power restriction by a standardized priority signal.
