  • Abstract
    Based on the analysis of the polarization scattering characteristics of aircraft targets, using aircraft tail dihedral returns strong double-bounce and helix scattering signatures, a novel method of automatic target detection for crashed aircraft based on Yamaguchi polarimetric decomposition is proposed.
