Abstract :
The aviation industry has become one of China´s technology-intensive, national strategic high-tech industries with strong foundation, making important contribution to the building of national defense and economic development. As leaders of aviation industry´s companies, the listed ones play extremely important roles in the development of aviation industry. Therefore, studies on the evaluation of their overall operations performance are of great importance. This paper sums up studies on performance evaluation both at home and abroad and builds an evaluation model based on multi-level grey incidence analysis which fits the listed companies. Finally, on the basis of empirical research results we put forward some suggestions expecting to help the listed companies in China aviation industry to enhance the competitiveness and improve operations performance.
