Abstract :
This paper addresses range-spread target detection in spherically invariant random vector clutter (SIRV). A strong scatterers integrator based on Anderson-Darling test (ADT-SSI) is addressed for the problem that MSDD has detection loss when falsely estimating the number of scatterers. For ATD-SSI, adaptively estimating the number of target scatterers according to the observations, which can improve performance and robustness of the detector effectively.
