Abstract :
Aiming at the requirements and characteristics for the temperature control of fermentation jar and according to the characteristic property of cyclic controls judging by the control terminal to the controlled object, That puts forward the forecasting an increment controls method in the fixed cycle has made the beer fermentation temperature reach 0.3 under the control of accuracy.
