Abstract :
In this paper, we consider the problem of blind robust multiuser detection in a synchronous Chaotic CDMA system in which analog chaotic sequences are used for bandwidth spreading. We propose a new influence function based M-estimator for the problem of blind data detection in the presence of non-Gaussian noise which is modelled as a Gaussian mixture. Computer simulations show that the proposed detector offers significant performance advantages particularly when the channel is highly impulsive.
