Abstract :
In this paper, the development of an RF transceiver for WiMAX basestation is presented. The RF transceiver operates in 3.5GHz frequency band, and has the feature of low noise, excellent linearity, low phase noise, compact, high dynamic range, and high stability. The experimental results show that the RF transceiver has perfect performance for WiMAX applications.
