Abstract
Against the difficulty of current landslide displacement monitoring and the requirements of field application, by comprehensive comparison of several landslide displacement monitoring methods and existing monitoring system, we designed a low-cost landslides displacement real-time monitoring system based on real-time kinematic differential GPS algorithm and combined with GPRS wireless network. The two GPS receivers which are set down at the scene of landslide displacement transmit the raw data to monitoring center through the wireless network, then resolves the baseline on the computer and displays the change of baseline length in real time. Experimental results demonstrate that the precision of the system can meet the requirements of landslide displacement monitoring.
