Abstract :
Aimed at the problems that the background subtraction of applied to moving target detection in the background model update and interference by light, and consecutive frames subtraction can not be completely abstracted all the relevant characteristics of pixels, in the exercise easy to produce holes within the phenomenon, this was proposed based on background subtraction and consecutive frames subtraction on the combination of a new method of moving target detection, experimental results show that the method can detect moving objects quickly and effectively and meet real time requirements.
