Abstract
Proposes a method to generate modified reference signals for closed loop systems so as not to violate the input and state constraints of the plants. In particular, improvement of the output response is taken into account explicitly subject to the given constraints, and the method is computationally efficient because of LMI formulae. The effectiveness of the proposed method is evaluated by simulation
