Abstract :
A novel low loss technology of thin film layered electrode and its application to dielectric filter in 2 GHz band is described. We confirmed that the surface resistance of thin film layered electrode is reduced in proportion to the approximately square root of the number of conductor layers, compared to a bulk metal.
