  • Abstract
    The design and performance of two different chip sets for 11.7 to 12.7 GHz DBS receive phased arrays are described. Both chip sets exhibit state of the art noise figure and phase shift performance; are extremely compact and power efficient; and are of very high yield to minimize cost.
