Abstract :
Phased-mission systems with multimode failures is a kind of broad exist complex system. It has important reference value to research the reliability optimization of this kind of system. But it is difficult to compute reliability due to phase dependency and failure mode dependency of this kind of system. So we proposed a method based on Monte Carlo simulation, it uses simple totalize ideal to deal with phase dependency and failure mode dependency. Based on this, establish reliability-max optimization model according to cost, mass and volume of the system. And introduce particle swarm optimization method to solve the model. The case validates the model´s rationality and the arithmetic´s validity.
