  • Abstract
Early tube leak detection helps utility to schedule shut down for repairs. This will eliminate the need for forced outage which can be quite costly. Successful detection of early tube leaks depends heavily on the kind of information used for detection. This paper deals with the identification of such information, called here tube leak sensitive variables. Two sources of information are used for this operation; Kingston 9 simulator and tube leak plant data provided by TVA
