Abstract
This paper describes a theoretical method to obtain the exact structure of the noise spectra due to clock jitters in a low-pass continuous-time ΔΣ-modulator. It is shown that the clock jitters changing the width of the feedback pulse have a more important degrading effect than those causing a random delay in the feedback pulse. Calculation details and simulation results for the first-order and second-order modulators are presented
