Abstract :
In this paper, a three base stations position method based on signal path non-line-of-sight (NLOS) effect mitigating is presented. Under this condition, only two paths of signal transmission are line-of sight propagation and the other is non-line-of sight propagation. Because the position equation is nonlinear, the position error is sensitive to the origin of reference coordinate. Therefore, the method of coordinate translation is introduced to mitigate the effect of NLOS error. The simulation result shows that this method is effective in NLOS effect mitigating and it is robust in different error magnitude distribution.
