Abstract :
A general computer algorithm for the analysis of switching power converters and a software tool called SCAT (switching converter analysis tool) is introduced. The algorithm is fast and efficient because it is based on averaging techniques, but it is sufficiently accurate. In addition, it is so general that any type of converter can be analyzed
