The use of modern educational technology is the theory of modern education and modern educational technology, teaching and learning through teaching and learning process and resource development, design, utilization, management and evaluation, in order to achieve optimization of the theory and practice of teaching. In view of the tradition of English education in the shortcomings of modern educational technology equipment with optimal exploration and practice of English teaching is growing and gradually show a strong advantage, therefore, optimization of modern educational technologies in English language teaching is the inevitable choice.
