Abstract
With the large enrollment of postgraduate students, many questions related with the students´ education has appeared. This research takes X university as a case for the graduate satisfaction survey. During the case study, we detect that graduate students have low satisfaction in “tutor system”, “curriculum system”, “teaching situation” and “academic environment”. Therefore, we propose that instruction of postgraduate students should in accordance with the rules and characteristics of them while expanding the enrollment scale.
