Abstract :
Classical high resolution DOA estimation methods such as MUSIC (multiple signal classification), ML (maximum likelihood) and WSF (weighted subspace fitting) are replanted into conformal array antennas by modeling conical conformal manifold in this paper. The variance of these algorithms mentioned above and CRB (Cramer-Rao bound) are given. The performances and their relationship among these methods are compared and the effects presented by the different directions of elements´ patterns on performance of DOA estimation are analyzed and discussed.
