Abstract :
Novel antenna composed of Koch fractal microstrip patch with H-shaped aperture for the UHF-RFID reader is proposed. The fractal and reflective techniques are introduced to reduce the size of the antenna and enhance the gain of the antenna. The proposed antenna has impedance bandwidth from 900 MHz to 937 MHz for the reflection coefficient to be below - 10dB (VSWR<2). The gain of the antenna at 915 MHz is about 6.2 dBi.
