Abstract :
A novel dual-stop band defected ground structure (DGS) is proposed, its transmission parameter could be controlled by adjusting of structure parameter. But due to the need of design precision, it is not easy to realize by software. The DGS is modeled by artificial neural network (ANN). Through this method, the needed parameter could be searched from the trained result by ANN. In this way, we can adjust the two stop bands simultaneously. It will save more time, and heighten the precision. We receive satisfying results from the HFSS simulation. It proves the feasibility of ANN in DGS design.
