Abstract :
In this paper, the rotation angle error of rotating gear disc is estimated by uncertainty theory, and the finite element analysis method is used to calculate the rotation angle error of the lock equipment with the manufacture and assembly errors. Then, BP neural network is employed to formulate the relation between the rotation angle error and the lock force, the manufacture and assembly errors of power servo tool holder. According to the given technology indexes, the accuracy reliability model of power servo tool holder is established and is evaluated by the reliability perturbation method. The result shows that the method considering power servo tool holder meets the reliability design requirement.
