Abstract
The increased complexity of products and production processes as well as market developments require models of networked organisations that enable mutual tuning and continuous improvements at the process level. In addition, divergent goals of network partners might require distributed decision making. Collaboration frameworks help to meet those requirements, however, need to be developed in a structured way. In this paper, we detail essential requirements for such frameworks
