Abstract
Ontology construction is closely related to semantic networks and artificial intelligence; it has broad prospects in knowledge reuse and share, just becoming mainstream of professional knowledge base construction. This study takes ontology-based triad representation into criminology knowledge base construction. It puts forward "three bases & four layers" model of criminology knowledge base, and analyzes the matching mechanism between the crime knowledge model and knowledge based on extenics. This research represents technical methods for the knowledge base construction, such as criminology ontology description language, developing platform and domain knowledge collection etc. Finally, this research elaborates respectively the construction of domain knowledge base, inference knowledge base and Task knowledge base.
