According to the typical mission profile of military helicopter, a mission reliability evaluation model is formulated. Firstly, by task decomposition to determine relevant functional units, D-S evidence theory is employed to assess the technical state of the task-related functional units. Then combining with the specific mission profile and technology state assessment results, the reliability of the typical tasks for military helicopter is evaluated. Finally, application of one example shows the effectiveness of the method.
