Abstract :
In this paper, through combine the existing evaluation theory and evaluation methods to college personnel evaluation case as the background, using fuzzy theory to the evaluation of college teachers evaluation index selection criterion according to experts, college obtained the comprehensive evaluation index of teachers, using group final decision vector to determine the direction of synthesis, the value of comprehensive evaluation of the experts. AHP based on the index system of weighting the various indicators set. Finally, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix and multi-level model, for the building of the cadre and management services provide flexible and effective in the evaluation system, as well to provide a favorable evaluation of various types of tools.
