Abstract
In order to investigate the influences of fitness Yangko on body composition and blood lipid levels of middle and old-aged women with central obesity, 36 subjects was chosen and divided them into equal test group and control group. To make a comparison, the body composition and blood lipid levels of the test group who has gone through 18 weeks of Yangko exercises was measured. Results showed that compared with the control group, indicators of the test group have shown significant differences in the following aspects: reduced-fat mass increases, body fat mass, triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL) in blood lipid composition decrease and high-density lipoprotein (HDL) content increases. Conclusion: long-term systematic Yangko exercise can adjust body composition and blood structure of middle and old-aged women and thus is good for their health.
