Abstract :
In order to find the effective prevention of University Students´ Internet Addiction ways, we analyzed the mechanism of University Students´ Internet Addiction by using Literature and Logical analysis methods. The research indicates that University Students´ Internet Addiction is formed by the interaction of physical-psychological-environment. Through studying the results of previous research, sports can produce positive psychological benefits in the fields of cognitive behavior, social interaction, distraction and biological means, so that sports has its intervention way in all levels of Internet Addiction mechanism.
