The method for the regression analysis is investigated in the reliability assessment of the weapon equipment in this paper. The optional curve distribution is selected and several kinds of weapon equipment reliability are calculated accurately, through the regression analysis on the possible distribution functions of the weapon equipment. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of this method are verified by the computer simulation in this paper.
