Abstract :
3D watermarking methods have been proposed to protect the copyright of 3D models. Commonly-used irregular triangle mesh blocks the development of 3D watermarking techniques. In this paper, a novel non-blind 3D watermarking method is proposed based on geometry image, which is a regular 2D grid representation of 3D models. A color image watermarking algorithm in DCT transform domain is applied during embedding. Experimental results prove that the proposed method is robust and able to resist the various attacks.
