This paper defines the concept of the emergency production response capacity of equipment production systems, and analyzes factors affecting the emergency production response capacity of the equipment production systems in the mean of ANP and obtains crucial factors. Authors also bring forward management process and optimization ideas for equipment production systems, and provides technical support for framing and carrying out production mobilization plan, and lays a strong foundation for equipment production mobilization quickly.
