  • Abstract
    To reveal the effects of long-term Guided Yangshenggong exercise on health status and quality of life in middle-old aged peoples. The article used Comparison with experimental method, SF-36 scale test, interview and mathematical statistics and studied the compare of the health status and quality of life between often practice Guided Yangshenggong and not often practice Guided Yangshenggong´ middle-old aged people. After a year of Guided Yangshenggong practice, the experimental group in the Physical functioning(PF), Role limitations due to physical health (RP), Vitality (VT), Social functioning(SF), Physical component summary(PCS) and Mental component summary(MCS) compared with the control group was significant difference (P <;0.05); The role limitations due to emotional problems(RE) and Mental health (MH) were instability during the experiment. Frequently engage Guided Yangshenggong exercise can significantly improve the health status and quality of life for the middle-old aged people.
