Abstract
To evaluate the effects of tissue factor in the hematogenous metastasis of fibrosarcoma cells, the expression of tissue factor in the fibrosarcoma cell was detected by flow cytometry. The intravascular migration and extravascular migration of tumor cells were evaluate by the migration models. It was confirmed by flow cytometry that tissue factor had high expression in fibrosarcoma cells. The fibrosarcoma cell migrated through the collagen gel and the monolayer vascular endothelial cell from different direction, just like the intravascular migration and extravascular migration. The antibody of tissue factor could inhibit this migration process and the inhibition had concentration dependent. It was confirmed that tissue factor could promote the intravascular migration and extravascular migrationthe of fibrosarcoma cell and promote the hematogenous metastasis.
