After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

In recent years, the newly-developed army products have set forth design requirements on quality characteristics such as reliability, maintainability, indemnificatory, testability and security in the proposal stage, which becomes an assessment index for the common shooting range appraisal and type test. However, the test and assessment of indexes including indemnificatory, testability and security are new subjects faced by base test. Therefore, to develop the test and assessment of indexes like products´ RMS has become an urgent need of weapon systems and a major subject which normal shooting ranges are confronted with. In order to meet the development requirements of new products, the research work on test methods must be carried out on system and subsystem levels and the like. Meanwhile the comprehensive testing techniques in this field should be improved gradually.
