Abstract :
Among the promising solutions for improving the data rates of next generation wireless communication system working in frequency selective fading environments, we find Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) ad hoc networks. Many research results show that MIMO technology could be used to ameliorate the spectral efficiently compared with a Single Input Single Output (SISO) system. Also, ad hoc networks can benefit from MIMO system. One of the problems of mobile equipments is the MANET environment is the limitations of power supply. In this context, we are interested in determining the optimal transmit power. We have developed an analytical fast method based on the capacity. This approach is used to determine the optimal transmit power in MIMO ad hoc systems.
