Abstract :
In the paper a new scheme to control circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers is proposed using predictive control strategy. The approach can deal with multivariable cases with time delays easily. The scheme is testified in a control system of a 410 t/h CFB boiler, the experimental results shown its effectiveness.
