The method of project management must be adopted since the development of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) for aviation equipments is a complicated systematic project in order to coordinate the work of all participating units and various involved professional and technical personnel. Meanwhile, it ensures that the process of IETM project may achieve the optimal balance in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and etc. It will make IETM products to be satisfied by users.
