Abstract
We introduce the traffic equilibrium problem weighted by wireless device density data. In such a way the classical user oriented Wardrop condition is extended into a mixed approach in which the user acts using centrally defined weighted logic. The evolutionary variational problem obtained can be solved in a general framework and the solution is continuous. This last result permits to treat numerically the problem with a gradient like method after a discretization. As a conclusion we present some possible industrial applications of the presented results.
