Abstract :
The Istituto Elettrotecnico Nazionale Galileo Ferraris (IEN) is working to provide capacitance traceability in the ultra-acoustic frequency range (up to 10 MHz). For gas-dielectric capacitors (1-1000 pF), a calibration technique has been developed and the calibration service is now operative. For solid-dielectric capacitors (up to 1 muF), a traceability chain has been identified, and a ratio bridge is under construction
