  • Abstract
The Photovoltaic (PV) power systems have been widely promoted from the national government in Thailand. However, the PV program is still not widely successful so far. Due to the fact that lack of an usefully good process for dissemination and lack of the suitable key roles of players to implementation. Accordingly, the information process of dissemination for PV Power Systems is necessary for the successful implementation for PV programs or PV development in Thailand, and it is essential to consider the strategies for implementation of a PV project to ensure that it will be successful. This paper proposes a practically strategic model for PV dissemination in a Thai rural village will be considered. This is included to discuss the roles of key players in the implementation of the strategy and the responsibilities of these organizations in the village. The sample model could be applied in many countries, particularly in developing countries.
