Abstract :
By studying the present situation of Chongqing´s real estate marketing, the researcher finds that there is a problem of inefficient communication between marketing department and other departments, including non-marketing departments. In this dissertation, directing at the problems existing in marketing communication of Chongqing´s real estate enterprises, the researcher puts forward an innovational marketing communication and management system model and process. This innovational marketing communication and management system requires people to look from the angle of consumers´ need and carries out marketing activities from internal to external of the enterprises.
