Abstract :
In order to reduce the lost caused by the emergent events to a great extend and enhance the emergency response capability, the multi-agent emergency logistics management system (MAELMS) is proposed in this paper. The system is composed of five layers: communication support layer, data layer, accident find layer, emergency operation layer, user layer, and the features of agents in every layer are discussed, in addition, the running process of the MAELMS is introduced. Then the method of agent-based is proposed for modeling for MAELMS. According to the aim of the system, the roles of the system are identified. The static structural model of the agent is achieved in accordance with the system analysis. The dynamic behavior models of the agent are built by the sequence and state diagram of the unified modeling language (UML).
