Abstract :
So far major universities have already constructed Campus Area Network or at least are embarking on it. CAN has become the inevitable too l of research, studying an d entertainment adopted by teachers and students. Rational strategy of charge is the fundamental guarantee for managing feasible CAN. This paper brings forth network model of charge based on SAM II plan, evaluating model resorting to operational resource. In perspective of network project and instruction, this paper takes both charge of server´s flow and traffic billing of SAMII plan as researching objects to establish network models of two billing ways.
