Abstract :
On-site leadership behaviors directly affect the efficiency of enterprises, and the research on the leadership behavior has focused on high-level, the on-site leadership behavior studies are relatively small. Take the state-owned enterprise H as an example, using PM theory, through the evaluation of the indicators on the spot managers of enterprise H, we analyze the spot managers belonging to which type (PM type, P-type, M type, pm type). Through measurement the leadership behavior to determine the type, development the leader´s potential, improve their work, thus improving the main subject behavior of the operating system to make it to develop to the ideal type and providing reference for on-site Leadership behavior.
