  • Abstract
    Customer relationship management (CRM) , is a sort of solution intends to promote its market competition through customer management, which is the highlights for the current enterprise management. This article carries out research binding data mining technology with customer segmentation theory in aviation freight. With the segmentation in freight customer and connection with mining theory , the article focuses on establishing data warehouse model based on the subject on cargo transaction and subject on customer service. Moreover , it puts forward customer segmentation course of aviation cargo based on data mining, then detailed describes the hierarchical design idea and functions of different levels, which will have some reference value for the airlines to start CRM.
