Abstract :
Starting with the introduction of the background of tacit knowledge management, this paper analyzes its meaning for automobile enterprises, discusses the essence of tacit knowledge management, and then studies the tacit knowledge run through the automobile R&D process. Based on the tacit knowledge management mechanism, this paper puts forward the tacit knowledge management model and proposes the implementation methods of tacit knowledge management in automobile R&D process. To a certain extent, this paper expands the span and depth of the application of knowledge management in automobile R&D process.
